HANDISPOC complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data?

Donations: name, address, email, amount (needed for the tax receipt and accounting). Help requests: the information you share with us, including about your disability, only to handle your request. Volunteering and contact: your details and your message.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. HANDISPOC never sees or stores your card number.

Retention

Donation data and receipts: 6 years (accounting and tax obligation). Help requests: 3 years after the last contact. Contacts and volunteers: 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the charity’s email address. You can also contact the French CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site only uses one technical cookie (session, form security) and a display setting stored in your browser. No advertising or analytics cookies.
